Armored mascot
Based off my high school mascot South Hills Scorpions. At first it was outlined with weighted lines but after making the shape I started adding stipples to add value on the hard-dark-exoskeleton. Where there were really dark lines, I used a gel pen to add some value to balance out the thickness of the stippled portion. This was really tideous but I enjoyed the outcome, I wish I could of done better to be honest.
